From the moment I walked in, this hotel exuded luxury. The staff was incredibly attentive, making sure all my exclusive amenities were met in the room, from the Dyson hair appliances to the garment steamer. Housekeeping was respectful of my belongings and made sure the room was spotless at all times. The location was perfect and the in-room dining was delicious.
The only minor issue I had during my stay was the wait time for valet at times. However, the staff made up for it with their friendliness and willingness to help.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all of the upscale shopping areas in the city, making it really easy for me to indulge in a bit of retail therapy. One of the best aspects of my stay was the Dyson hair appliances in the room. It was nice to have access to a blow dryer and straightener that were modern and efficient, and the garment steamer was a real life-saver!
There were a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel. For starters, I was disappointed that I had to make reservations for dining due to the overwhelming public demand.
